How sugar is made
I wanted to know the difference between sugars, why I’m only supposed to put one type in my tea. It turns out Icing sugar is just Granulated sugar ground up with corn starch in to stop it sticking.
Quite boring really, but i was glad to know there is a sugar.org to explain all about how sugar is made.
